About your Instructor
Drew Buss, MS Ed., is a psychotherapist and founder of Into Balance in Lincoln, NE. He started counseling in Nebraska in 1996 and began his formal mindfulness practice in 2011.
He is a fully Certified Teacher of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction as trained through the University of California San Diego School of Medicine’s Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute and a Certified Mindfulness Teacher – Professional through the International Mindfulness Teachers Association.
He teaches MBSR classes, leads group meditations, provides individual mindfulness instruction, and engages in mindfulness-based individual therapy.
Drew also provides on-site mindfulness presentations and training to local businesses, organizations, and community groups. These include simple introductions to mindfulness principles and practices, more in-depth presentations on successfully managing work and life stress and improving communication, and full 8-week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction experiences.
