Drew Buss, MS Ed., Into Balance Founder and Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP), takes a mindfulness-based approach to therapy.

By combining Cognitive Behavioral and Mindfulness-Based interventions, he works together with you to focus your attention, calm your body, and learn to feel at ease cognitively and emotionally. A veteran clinician, Drew began counseling in Nebraska in 1996.

He is a Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher (CMBSRT) trained through the University of California San Diego School of Medicine’s Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute. Drew teaches Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction classes, leads group meditations, provides private mindfulness instruction, and engages in mindfulness-based individual therapy at his practice, Into Balance.

Drew provides on-site mindfulness presentations and training to local businesses, organizations, and community groups. These include simple introductions to mindfulness principles and practices, more in-depth presentations on successfully managing work and life stress and improving communication, and full 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction experiences.
